William Hertzberg specializes in early-stage product programs, ideation, prototype development, facilitating patent search and patent prosecution through patent attorneys, market research and market development, as well as licensing and alliance development.

Mr. Hertzberg's inventions and innovations have been featured in national consumer magazines, industry trade journals, national television, and the historically famous Sears Catalog and Whole Earth Catalog.  Mr. Hertzberg's nationally distributed published work features a forward by one of  America's greatest innovators, R. Buckminster Fuller. William has invented, licensed and marketed patented product properties for both himself and his clients in the food equipment field, lawn and garden, juvenile products, home shopping networks, automotive aftermarket, and more. Mr. Hertzberg has served on the Board of the Idaho Association of Inventors.

Mr. Hertzberg maintains a limited practice in the field of invention development from his home on the Hertzberg Nature Preserve south of Sandpoint, Idaho and is currently developing an educational Podcast that analyzes University Start-ups that feature patented product properties.
